Like you, I am fascinated by old recipe collections, pamphlets,cookbooks and just about any ephemera from that era. I stumbled across your website and think you are on to a really good idea;have you given any thought to publishing your collection? Many of your recipes are duplicates,at least in title, of my research and I have a few that are not included in your collection. There are websites that offer "free" cookbook formats and I am currently using one to put together a collection of recipes collected and used by my Cooking Club which has been together since 1975. I certainly dont want to step on or steal somebody else's idea but thought you might be interested in "collaborating" on putting together a vintage recipe publication to submit to a real publisher? My thought was to use photos of the time period as well as soe simple illustrations. Let me know what you thinkl.
